Christina Mehler – Yoga

As a certified yoga teacher, I mainly teach vinyasa flow yoga and make sure that you are well aligned during the yoga practice.

I teach a very active and energetic yoga and a mindful practice is very important to me.

This also means to arrive at oneself in the here and now, to respect one's own limits and not to compare ourself with others. And of course the fun of movement is in the foreground!
When I am not teaching Yoga I work as a physiotherapist and psychologist.
