How to register for TangoSafari
- To register, please use our online form.
- After we have checked the availability you will receive a confirmation via email. This will also include details about the next steps (e.g. payment etc.).
- Once we have received your payment, we will send you a confirmation of your payment. => Only at this time you are bindingly registered.

Cancellation
If you can't make it because you're busy at work, in private trouble or even sick, just send your best friend. If you find a same-sex substitute to take your place, you will only have to pay a processing fee of 50 €, regardless of when you cancel. Depending on the time of cancellation, we will refund the participant fees paid less the following cancellation fees:
- Up to 28 days before the start of the festival, 100% of the contributions already paid will be refunded minus a processing fee of 50.00 €.
- If it is less than 28 days before the start of the festival, 50% of the participation fee and 30% of the accommodation costs will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
- For less than 14 days until the start of the festival, 80% of the participation fee and 80% of the accommodation costs will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
- In case of cancellation after the beginning of the event, we cannot refund any paid fees.

§ 7 Photo and film recordings
- TangoSafari e.V. events may include photo, sound and film recordings that are published in various online and offline media. These recordings are connected with the visual representation of present persons, whereby the selection of persons takes place randomly. A representation of the pictures takes place on the homepage, print media and social media channels of the organizer. This also applies to events offered in cooperation with third parties.
- By entering the event area, the participants consent to the free publication in the above manner and distribution and/or temporally unlimited storage and accessibility of the recorded image, sound and film material in the context of the public relations work of the organizer. The personal rights shall remain protected in all cases.
- If a participant does not agree to the publication of his or her person in an individual case, there is the possibility to point out the respective picture to the organizer and to effect a removal.
- The organizer is not responsible for the publication of photos & videos by third parties.
