Tango and body work – dance together, explore together, discover together
At every TangoSafari, we want to go on a journey of discovery. We explore the dance and our own body. We combine tango with related methods of body work. There'll be workshops, practicas, milongas and a lot of time and space for practicing with others; at the same time there'll be good company during breakfast, while playing volleyball, or when relaxing.
Tango culture – film – art – literature – cabaret – shows
Beside the dancing itself, TangoSafaris offer opportunities for various exciting forms of getting to know the world of tango. The core programme of workshops and shows will be enriched by painting, literature, film and special performances. All participants are encouraged to contribute with their own ideas and suggestions to the various aspects of our programme. Since the TangoSafaris take place in various countries, we are committed to connect with the respective local tango scenes and to include them into our activities.
Children & families
We foster young dancers! Families and children constitute an integral part of any TangoSafari. A high quality programme for children and a family friendly schedule form a natural part of our concept. We create community spirit beyond the dance floor. For us tango is not an elitist activity.
